President Cell Phone (he hates that nickname, but then...Jane so he doesn't much have room to talk) called a meeting. It's about time they properly saw Monmouth in and got this quest off the ground. Really, Gansey just wants to see all of his people in one place. He's still a bit unsettled about everyone's position in the city. Blue has moved into Monmouth, which Gansey likes, but it's also changed the dynamic of things, or at least he thinks that's what's changed the dynamic. Ronan has been by Monmouth and rattled through his room, taking stock Gansey thinks, but he hasn't stayed the night. It's not unusual for Ronan; there are nights back in Henreitta that his bed goes unslept in as well. Adam hasn't ever lived at Monmouth, but Gansey wants to give him one last offer and he wants to make certain that everyone knows they're welcome to stay here.
Not to mention the quest. He's not certain if it's the same quest to find Glendower or whether it's a different quest, to find a way out of here so they can return to the Glendower quest. Either way, it's something for Gansey to research, something for him to take notes on and something for him to occupy his time with. It's an important facet of Gansey. He's secretly (not so secretly) an obsessed individual that can easily fall into depression without something to focus on, something productive to obsess about.
In any case, meeting. Yes. There's pizza and Jane has cleaned up a bit. Gansey had to run her out of the main room because things are scattered just the way he likes. He's shuffling through papers on his desk and making notes, mint leaf between his teeth when everyone starts to arrive. He'll put that aside to mingle.
[Open to Ronan, Adam, Noah, Blue and Gansey. Mingle style. I'll probably do a formal 'let's get this meeting started' gansey thing further down. No particular posting order. Let me know if you want Ronan or Gansey in particular, otherwise...have fun? I just wanted TRC buds things]

That's part of what makes it amazing though: that it can be so overwhelming and so easy at the same time.
Ronan isn't paying attention to anyone else. Maybe he should, but he's too busy watching Adam. He sees that press of his lips and knows why. He smirks at Adam's answer to his question and tears off a piece of his pizza to give to Chainsaw.

It was bold of him to flirt with Ronan here in the same room as the others, even if no one was paying them any attention or listening in to their whispered murmurings to each other. He probably shouldn't have done it. But he was left feeling good and maybe a little bit cocky in the aftermath of it.
Don't worry. That feeling won't last long.
"You want me to do it too." He adds in a quiet whisper between bites without even looking to meet Ronan's gaze where it sears into him.

It was bold, but Ronan likes that. Ronan likes pushing Adam out of his comfort zone. Whether people notice them or not isn't something Ronan is concerned about. He's never been good at not being noticed anyway. Subtlety is not Ronan's strong point.
No, but it'd be nice if it did. He likes side of Adam.
At Adam's comment, Ronan bites his bottom lip again, stifling a murmured curse. "Already thinking about how long this damn thing is going to last."
Way to go, Adam. You've just turned Ronan on in front of everyone.

For once, Adam feels like he's sufficiently driven Ronan as crazy as Ronan sometimes drives him. For once, he feels like he has the upper hand in something involving Ronan Lynch. For once, for just this moment, Adam feels like a mighty thing to be able to affect Ronan that much with just his words.
His pleasure over this emanates from him from the inside out. He doesn't have to smile or outwardly show it in any way. It's just a way of being. Ronan Lynch wants Adam Parrish. Right the fuck now, as Ronan would say. And Adam made that happen.
"Too long, probably." He says, tearing off a small piece of the crust and turning to look into Ronan's eyes under the pretense of handing the food to Chainsaw. "Me too." He says, holding Ronan's gaze for as long as he can before sitting right again, his gaze down on the pizza. Me too. Adam wants Ronan too.

He can see that difference in Adam and it drives him a little bit crazier. He's already got a raging hard on and the desire to kiss Adam is making it hard to breathe. Yeah, Ronan Lunch wants Adam Parrish right the fuck now.
Ronan's gaze drills into him, unwavering even when he meets his eyes. Chainsaw pecks at the food, swallowing it down without Ronan even noticing that she reached out for it. He leans in, shooing at Chainsaw and leaving what's left of his plate on the floor for her to pick at. "My room. Two minutes."
Without waiting for an answer from Adam, Ronan gets to his feet and walks out of the main room down the short hallway to the room that he slept in Monmouth back home.

Those words seem to have a life of their own: 'My room. Two minutes.' Even as Ronan gets up and leaves, the words sit there beside him, lingering, niggling at him until Adam can barely sit still in the same space with them.
His gaze slides to the others. One minute ticks by. He watches Chainsaw pick at the food. Another minute. And then... just because he thinks it will drive Ronan even more to the edge, he waits a third minute. His patience is miraculous. Because he, too, is crawling out of his skin.
Finally, he stands up and moves down the hallway. Chainsaw lands on his shoulder just before he opens the door to Ronan's room then flies into the room before Adam.

Once the door is shut, Ronan crosses the room in three long strides, pushing the headphones off his head to hang around his neck. He shoves Adam against the door, one hand going to his hip while the other goes to the back of his neck. His lips collide with Adam's at the same time his body does, pushing him hard against the door with his entire body as he assaults Adam's mouth. "You made me wait a minute longer," he growls low against Adam's lips.

He can still hear the chin-a-ring and heavy bass beat of the headphones around Ronan's neck even as his back hits the door. Ronan pulls him into a kiss and Adam's lips are parted even before their lips make contact. Its a clash of teeth and tongue and desire pent up from those few stolen flirtations in he main room with the others.
"Oops." He says, not really sorry at all or making Ronan wait. His hands claw at Ronan's shirt, fisting the material tightly while the kiss.

The way that Adam's lips part before Ronan's lips are pressed against his tells Ronan that Adam wants and needs this as much as he does as does the way he releases that pent up desire into their kisses, returning them with as much intensity as Ronan.
The lack of sincerity in Adam's words make Ronan smirk against Adam's lips. He presses his groin and hips against Adam's, leaning backwards so he can claw his tee shirt off, tossing it behind him. He leans back in, hands grabbing the hem of Adam's shirt and tugging at it, a silent request for him to take the shirt off.

In the end, Adam pulls his shirt off too. He's leaning back against the door. They'll know if anyone should try to come in. And with Noah alive, their friend wouldn't be suddenly popping in for the shock of his life. No, they can do this. They can have this right now. Although the thought of Noah playing witness, since it's no longer possible, is more amusing than fearsome.
Adam's heart beats wildly in his chest with want. The minute his shirt is off, he reaches out for Ronan again, hands at his hips and pulling him in against him as he steals more kisses.

A predatory grin slides across Ronan's lips as Adam pulls his shirt off. His eyes linger on Adam's bare torso, eating up all of that skin before Adam pulls Ronan in for another kiss. His hands take up devouring all that skin, fingertips sliding over ribs, thumbs caressing collarbones and hipbones as Ronan kisses Adam, teeth nipping at his bottom lip, body leaning in and invading all his space. He rocks his hips up into Adam, groaning at the motion.
