OK so... I've gooed pretty much everything that looks suspicious in this creeptastic little resort - which probably makes sense to no one - but! We're all still here so obviously I'm a little out of my depth.

[ major shruggage, usa, population: claudia. still, undaunted! ]

If you see anything kind of uh, out of place? Which I get is kind of -- everything. But you know the old saying if you see something say something? A funky necklace, or maybe an old Glockenspiel, you know: weird stuff. It would be cool if I could take a look at it.

Well, for the house, we actually found out that it was a hospitality house and got rid of the toxic entity that had taken over.

[She paused, considering her next question carefully.]

Do you do this sort of work for a Librarian?

Uhh-- well, kinda. We don't really work in a library, it's more of an attic.

[ ok just the smallest of cringes-- america's attic is more artie's thing. ]

It's definitely not quiet or chill enough to count as a library, I can tell you that. Is that what you do? File books by day, fight crazy houses by night?

Kind of yeah. Pretty much what I do, with less book filing. They kind of tend to do that themselves.

[Or so she assumed since they kept moving, like Eve's desk.]

And you keep the attic neat and then go out putting goo on things that shouldn't go bump in the night?

Exactly! I'm not really supposed to talk about it, but I'm not sure how secretive I really need to be with pocket dimensions or ... whatever the cool kids classify this place as.

[ claudia can't help but smile. it's really nice to find a kindred spirit here. ]

Man, if the artifacts filed themselves life would be so much sweeter. Please tell me you trained your books and can share the secret with me?

I keep thinking alternative dimension, though to what world is the question. As for secrets, I wonder how much we can learn about returning, for those that can't, if we don't at least share a little.

[Especially since Cassie was one of the ones yet to find her doorway back to the Library where she had started.]

I didn't, no. The first Librarian did, I think. They're keyed to the Librarian. Which is why when our Guardian moves things, they move back. It's cute watching her rave about it.

As for the things we find, we file them. Well, he does. The head Librarian. We just kind of help fix things.

We do. [Now she was really beginning to wonder if the door here was more than places but time as well. Could this be the Library under another name? Or another one?]

She more protects the Librarian. They tend to... rush in where angels fear to tread. All of us.
