It's not going to get better out there. Not yet. It's gotta get worse first. But we can stop it. We can make it better, all of us and the Flash, if we work as a team.
I know the perfect place, too. I'm going to [Address where S.T.A.R. Labs is currently located]. I hope I'll see all three of you there in half an hour. Sirius, I know I'll see you, because I'm dragging you myself.
It's time to stop hiding and start doing. I know what you can do and some of you know what I can do. Let's put it to use, now. Let's fight back.

Open to everyone in this <s>bar</s> lab.
He steps inside the lab tentatively, a little uncertain about arriving at a place he's never seen. "Bo?" he calls out, aware that she's here already because he can hear her, but he doesn't want to sneak up on her.

So she drags Sirius to STAR Labs and waits in the front of the lobby while she lets him check out the perimeter; ever since Vegas, that sort of thing seems to make him feel better. Bo answers Peter Parker the Spider Man — that's all she knows, really — and waits. She's not sure that he'll come, but she has a gut feeling Matt will.
He doesn't let her down. Bo looks surprised, a little, to see the blind man from the network moving with a capable gait and no cane or seeing eye dog to guide him. That must be the thing he can do, she thinks, he still sees just fine; he just sees the steps differently — on fire — than she does. "I'm here," she says, standing a few yards to his left. "I'm right here. I like your suit," she observes with a grin. She tilts her head a little. Even if Peter doesn't come, she has a feeling Barry and his friend are going to come downstairs real soon. She hopes that'll be a good thing. This isn't her Barry, though, so she can't be sure. Yet.

He moves to his left, smiling at her compliment. "Thanks. It showed up from home a few days after the monsters. I guess this place decided I might need it."

There are people in the lobby.
Cisco blinks and shoots off a text to Barry before switching direction abruptly to head downstairs rather than up. Why are there people in the lobby?
Before he even gets into sight, but he knows he'll be audible, Cisco's calling down the hall, echoing through the lobby. There's too much going on outside; he and Barry are nailing down an action plan for these monsters. "Hey, sorry, we're uh...we're not," he starts as he comes into view and stops abruptly, eyebrows lifted at the getup of the one guy standing near a little girl who is hovering sort of near the main entrance door. "...doing tours today?" Why didn't his metahuman app go off? Is this guy a metahuman? Why's he bringing his kid to mess with the Flash? "So...uh...you know...it's not a good day for us, so no tours, so..."

Then there's a guy talking about tours. Matt turns in Cisco's direction. "I'm not here for a tour." He nods his head toward Bo. "She invited me."
