Lucy isn't sure either. She's probably more interested in Southern history
than Cam because of being Southern, and she may joke about the 'war of
Northern Aggression' but she's not serious about it. Ultimately, she
considers it something that happened a long time ago and not worth spending
a lot of time on.
Oh, it definitely is. Some horrible things happened to Lucy in the City and
she doesn't usually discuss them. Denial is Lucy's favorite way of dealing
with anything troubling. It's not healthy, but it's the way she handles
things. Her eyebrows raise a bit at that and she takes a sip of her drink.
"Maybe sometime when I've had a few more of these," she says, gesturing
with her glass. Yeah, it's that kind of story. She's also totally down with
being listened to just because she's hot. She likes spending time
with pretty people as well, even if she is in some sort of weird
relationship.
She laughs at that, chin tilting up a little. "I'm not much of a beer girl.
I'm far more difficult than that," she teases. "I'm going to assume Jilly
told you amazing things about me because that's how Jill is: wonderful,
nice and my best friend since ever." She nods a little and clinks her glass
to his beer. "I hope you get it then. Have you got an apartment? Do you
like it?"
