Cam knows that some people are super into cosplay and since he assumes that's what this is, he's actually really impressed with the level of dedication this guy appears to have put into the thing. Cam's always been something of a people person anyway. With the bar exam looming in the near future once he goes home, he figures now is a time to take the breather that'll probably help him clear his head. If he can pass it on the first try, it'll save him a lot of time and probably money. So, meet new people; make new friends. These are things that Cam typically excels at doing, so now seems like as good a time as any to start.
